I am so disappointed about the way patients and their relatives are treating our staff (admin & clinical) – I have issued 3 warning letters this week already and we will remove patients who persist in continuing with this behaviour:
Our staff have been called:
Crazy
Lazy
Useless
Blondie
Accused of being the reason the patient is stressed and in pain.
Told that because of them the patient will die/you’d better hope I don’t die.
Told they are not fit to be in the job.
Been told they are F***ing useless.
And much more.
This is not acceptable – being hot isn’t an excuse – we are all hot and we are working hard to ensure we keep everyone happy – there are some requests we cannot comply with but this is no excuse to abuse staff.
