The online falls prevention platform Steady On Your Feet is now up and running and can be found at Welcome to Steady On Your Feet Cornwall (it is being updated to include Isles of Scilly). This has been commissioned by Public Health initially for 3 years.
The site allows residents and there families to undertake a falls risk assessment and suggests actions to take to reduce any identified risk and signposts to local services
