Port Isaac Dispensary Opening Times

From August 14th 2023 Port Isaac Dispensary will be open from:

• 09:30 – 12:30
• 14:30 – 17:30 for prescription collections and queries.

Please note the dispensary will be closed every second Friday of the month from 12:30—16:00. This is for staff training.

Phonelines will be open:

• 10:00 – 11:00
• 15:00 – 16:00 for prescription queries.

Please note we do not take prescription request s over the phone.

You can order medication through the practice website or via a repeat slip.

When We Are Closed

For calls requiring urgent medical attention outside of our core hours (Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 and lunchtime 13:00 – 14:00) please call NHS 111.

Out of hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
