Practice Nurses

Our practice nurses are highly trained and experienced and run daily general surgeries by appointment at Port Isaac, Wadebridge and St. Kew. They also hold specialised clinics in:

• Asthma – If you have been advised by the surgery to submit an annual review of your asthma symptoms, please use our online form.
• Diabetic Care
• Coronary heart Disease

They are supported by two health care assistants who run phlebotomy clinics.

Community Nurses

The community nurses specialise in the provision of essential nursing care in the home. They are at the centre of our health care team and also work from the practice premises.

The nurses specialise in wound management and leg ulcers. They run a specialised eldercare service and an innovative falls prevention programme. The nurses can be contacted via our reception staff.

Travel Health

Our Nurses can provide comprehensive travel health advice and arrange for appropriate immunisations.
